Delivery Terms

All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 days (Business days) of time of order. For orders that require payment, the goods will not be dispatched until the payment has been received.

For secure deliveries of goods, is it preferred that all deliveries are signed for upon receiving. Deliveries to a 'place of business' is preferred during 9.00am - 5.00pm. Deliveries can be made to a private address, but if it is likely that there will be nobody home, one of the following options may need to be considered.

A-     If nobody is able to receive / sign for goods at a business / home address, a second attempt of delivery will be made to the same address, BUT at an additional minimum charge of $20.00 plus 10% GST.
B-     'Authority to leave goods without signature of receipt' - if you wish your goods to be left at place of delivery without being signed for, this can be done at your request, and indicated at the time of ordering, but also at your risk. If goods were to go missing, no claim will be possible on the GPI Group.
C-     Goods can not be delivered to Post Office Boxes.

Please provide clear instructions about your delivery details (within the Additional Information Field) and which option above is preferred if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful.

All returns must include an RA (returns authorization number) which will be issued by GPI on the above number.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price.

If you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.

For any faulty products, please call to receive an RA number and return by Reply Paid

Co-branding & Embroidery

Please be advised that we have had to change our arrangements concerning co-branding of your catalogue items by your dealers.
Effective January 16 2024 the new arrangements will be:
Minimum order 10 garments .
Cost for extra embroidery is $0.00 per garment plus $35.00 set up fee.
Set up is a one off charge, there is no set up fee for repeat jobs.
Any existing embroidery programs will not incur the set up fee
Embroidered names $0.00ea . No Set Up fee for names only.
All prices are subject to GST.

Retail Customer Access

Items purchased as a Retail Customer are done so under a Licence Agreement and as such cannot be resold.
